ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges are made on a case by case basis within 30 days.
5. How are your products made?
Our products are made in house from original sculpture, life mold, or combination design of the two. They are hand made in the USA using the finest materials, with much attention to fine detail.
7. How can I hire Midnight Studios FX for my next Production or Event?
Productions and Events take a longer time to bid, and we ask that you send us an E-mail: SNOWLEOPARD_MC@YAHOO.COM with as much information as possible. We will reply and set up a time to discuss your project further.
8. What method of shipping do you use?
We use FedEx Ground and Freight for purchases within the U.S. - automatic insurance is included at no additional charge - insurance covers up to $100. Please specify if you would like to purchase additional insurance to fully cover package. We are not responsible for any lost packages unless fully covered.All out of country items are shipped USPS, unless freight.
9. Do you produce in silicone?
Yes, MSFX is a complete custom facility. We can produce most products in Platsyl Gel 10 Silicone
upon request.
10. Does MSFX produce custom ideas and themes?
Yes, MSFX can retro fit any of our existing designs to cater to any theme upon request.
