1. How do I place an order?

2. How long does it take to get my order?
Fast shipping, depending on work load, usually items go out in 2-4 weeks from the time of payment.

3. What do you accept for payment?
We prefer Credit Cards Visa, MC, and AMEX are accepted. We accept wire transfer payments on overseas orders. Paypal is also accepted.

4. How are your products made?
Our products are made in house from original sculpture, life mold, or combination design of the two. They are hand made in the USA using the finest materials, with much attention to fine detail.

5. Does MidnightStudios do commission work?
Yes, call us anytime to go over pricing for custom item work and sculpture design.

6. What method of shipping do you use?
We use only FedEx for purchases within the U.S., automatic insurance no extra charge covers up to $100. Please specify if you would like to purchase additional insurance to fully cover package.
We are not responsible for any lost packages unless fully covered.
All out of country items are shipped USPS, unless freight.
